Welcome to RATIO SIM software by RATIO ENERJİ AŞ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [ratiosim.com and app.ratiosim.com] and any related services, products, or applications (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

• By registering on the Platform, the User declares that they are over 18 years of age and fully legally competent. The User also declares that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

2. Registration and Login to the Platform

2.3. After completing registration on the Platform, the User will be able to log in to the Platform using their email and password.

After logging into the Platform, the User will be able to use the Platform and benefit from the Software Services as described in the Documentation provided by the Licensor.

4. User’s Rights and Obligations

4.1. The User is obliged to use the Platform in accordance with the License Agreement, these Terms of Use, and the Documentation provided to them.

4.2. The User is responsible for securely protecting the username and password allocated to them for using the Platform and must not share them with third parties.

4.3. The User is prohibited from transferring their usage rights related to the Platform, as well as their username and password, to third parties.

4.4. Each User must use their account exclusively.

4.5. The User is obliged to accurately and completely fill out the information requested while benefiting from the Software Services.

4.6. The Licensor takes all possible precautions to protect the Platform from viruses and similar malicious software. However, the User is responsible for taking their own measures to protect the devices through which they access the Platform.

5. Licensor’s Rights and Obligations

5.1. The Licensor may provide links on the Platform to other websites and/or platforms, files, or content not owned by the Licensor. However, it does not guarantee the security and quality of the websites or platforms to which these links lead.

5.2. The Licensor will take all possible measures to ensure the uninterrupted and reliable operation of the Platform. Users must also take their own measures to ensure the security of the devices through which they access the Platform.

5.3. The Licensor has the right to suspend or restrict the accounts of Users on the Platform and even prevent them from re-registering if it determines, at its own discretion, that Users are violating their obligations under these Terms of Use or are using the Platform in a manner that is not in good faith or not in line with its purpose.
